We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the items are new and unopened. In cases where there is an issue on our end, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed promptly and should appear on your statement within four weeks of your package reaching the return shipper. This includes up to 10 business days for us to receive the return, 3 to 5 business days to process it, and another 5 to 10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.

We ship to almost every part of the world. However, please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to international destinations.

Upon placing your order, we will calculate the shipping and delivery dates based on your items’ availability and your chosen shipping options. Shipping dates and estimates will be provided on the shipping quotes page. Please note that shipping rates are based on weight, and we adhere to the policies of our shipping providers by rounding up weights to the nearest full pound.
